Q : Does my camera support cloud storage?

A: No. Unfortunately, this camera does not support cloud storage. If video recording is necessary, you can save clips into a micro SD card (up to    256GB) or an FTP server. Connecting the camera to a Reolink NVR for 24/7 recording could also be a good choice.

Q: What kind of micro SD card can I use?

A: This camera supports up to 256GB micro SD cards with FAT32 format and Class 10 read & write speed.

Q: Do i have to use a nvr box with this camera for it to work?

A: The camera needs to be powered up by a DC power adapter instead of a PoE NVR.

It could work as a stand-alone camera, please don't worry about that.

Q: Can use multiple cameras together?

A: Yes. You could add multiple cameras to Reolink App on your phone and Reolink Client on your PC.

Q: If i add an nvr to these cameras, can i watch and managed recordings when from outside of my network?

A: Yes. As long as the Reolink NVR is connected to your router with Internet access,

you can live view and manage all the cameras on the NVR remotely via your Reolink App.

Q: Does the camera have a mic built in?

A: Yes. It has a built-in mic.

Q: Can I watch the live video on my iPhone?

A: As long as both your phone and your camera are connected to the Internet, you could live view the camera via Reolink App on your phone     directly.

Q: How to set up my WiFi camera the first time I use it?

A: For initial configuration, you must connect your camera to a router using a network cable.

Then open the Reolink APP to add the camera: click “+” to scan the QR code on the camera. Lastly, select a WiFi network to connect and       that's it.
